Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat saw has food debris accumulated inside guard.
Corrective Action(s): - Clean the meat saw at the end of the day everyday. Sanitize it in the end with 200ppm quats sanitizer and let it air dry

Comments

- Handsink at the front and in washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Display cooler and walk-in cooler are maintained at temperature less than 4c
- Two chest freezers are measured at less than -18C
- Three compartment sink is available and sanitizer at the dispenser unit is 200ppm quats
- Surface sanitizer in spray bottle is available at 200ppm quats sanitizer
- NO evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection. NOTE: Move the pile of used empty bucket sitting outside as this will attract pests.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.

NOTE: One of the front display cooler(raw meats) is not working. Operator has called for service. No food (meat) is stored in the cooler
NOTE: Talked to operator about the floor plans submitted for adding rotisserie oven. Certain requirements - separate handsink within an accessible distance of rotisserie oven, warmer and separate work table for finished ready to eat items and storage space for single use take out containers - are required. Operator will get back after consulting property management. Please send a copy a updated floor plans is you wish to proceed with it in future.
