Observed cooling taking place within 1.5 hours, timers used (grass jelly and red beans)
Pearls and Q balls kept on 2 hour timer
Grass jelly is cooked by order via induction cooker in the front
New ladles used when pearls/Q balls are replaced with new batch
Dishwasher (high temp): 74.6C at plate level, see thermo-label
Two compartment sinks operational with double drain plugs
Grease trap cleaning record onsite (serviced this week)
100ppm bleach sanitizer in the back and bar area
Test strips onsite and in use
Ice machine kept in sanitary condition, scoop stored outside
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection
