Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Iodine sanitizer bottle was empty at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer was available for the bar glasswasher at all times. Staff switched out the empty bottle with a full bottle. Iodine measured 12.5ppm.

Comments

- Coolers measured 4C or colder; ensure that the lids to the prep coolers are closed when not in use so that the food in the inserts are kept at 4C or below
- Hot held foods measured 60C or hotter
- Dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine
- Temperature logs available for review
- Foods labelled with dates to facilitate FIFO
- Beer lines are flushed and cleaned every four weeks as per chef
- Handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in several spray bottles
- No major pest issues as per chef (pest control company is in routinely; only fruit flies found, no rodents)
- General sanitation is satisfactory
