Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher did not have any detectable chlorine after the final rinse cycle. Sanitizing solution available underneath sink; appears that dishwasher is not pulling sanitizer into dishwasher. Ensure dishwasher is properly primed.
Correction:
Until the dishwasher is fixed, you MUST
a) wash and rinse equipment in the dishwasher, and THEN
b) manually sanitize th equipment in the two compartment sink using a 200ppm chlorine solution for at least 2 minutes.

Dishwasher must be repaired by the follow-up inspection tomorrow.
