Bait (poison) traps were placed indoors. Ensure that these are removed, since they are not allowed within a Food Service Establishment.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach available for dishwashing.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
