Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine on November 25, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BJ9VNQ). The following was noted during the inspeciton: -Prep cooler maintains at a temperature of 0C. You may now begin using this cooler to store potentially hazardous foods. Ensure that this cooler is checked daily and the temperature logged. -Pizza cooling racks have been thoroughly scrubbed and are now in good sanitary condition. -Additional connections requested on the routine inspection will be checked in a follow-up inspection.
