Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large amount of food out at room temperature, large trays of chicken and noodles
Corrective Action(s): If operator is portioning food, only have 1 food item out and only with a manageble amout of food. There was far too much out to portion at one time

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher at 0ppm Chlorine, sanitizer jug found to be empty
Corrective Action(s): Ensure glasswasher is checked regularily with test strips and records are kept to ensure glasswasher is always at 50ppm Chlorine

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mulitiple hand sinks without paper towels, including downstairs hand sink, upstairs kitchen hand sink, and bar hand sink
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are always fully equipped with soap and paper towels at all times, and when supplies run out they are quickly refilled.

Observation: 1) Large containers of oil covered in dry wall dust due to renovation
2) items in fridges not covered with lids or plastic wrap
3) Cups being used in dry goods and being stored inside the containers
4) Large hole in drywall above oven with insulation hanging out of hole
Corrective Action(s): 1) containers must be wiped cleaned before they are used, they should have been covered during renovation
2) ensure all food is covered at all times
3) have scoops for dry goods and store them outside of the container so food is not being contaiminated by hands
4) Repair or cover hole above oven so dust and insulation does not fall down on top of oven and parchment paper

1) Clean constructrion debris/dust in electrical room
2) Clean cobwebs in corners and door frames

4) Floor at the base of stairs there is a pile of dirt
5) Floor Under dry storage shelves
6) Clean and remove ice/frost accumulation in white fridge next to Exit door (ground level)
7) The outside of all dry store food bins
8) Hood vent must be cleaned as it has not been done in years
9) Grease trap must be cleaned
