- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler = 0.6 degrees Celsius.
- Chest freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- All equipment maintained in a sanitary condition.
- General maintenance and cleanliness very good.
