-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -dishwasher at 71C at dish -quats at 200ppm -general sanitation good -locks on all fridges and freezers outside **new hot water tank just installed after being out of hot water for 2 days. Kitchen cannot operate when there is no hot water. If this ever happens again, kitchen must close and food must not be prepared on site.
