Issue corrected at the time of inspection: Items in the handwash sink basins were removed during the inspection.

Observation: Debris and buildup noted throughout the premises. Areas of concerns include: Along the cookline, below the cookline equipment, in the walk-in cooler, kitchen reach-in cooler's interior, underside of the door handle and door gasket, general floor sanitation of the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all aforementioned areas to maintain the premises in a sanitary condition at all time.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash sinks (3 in total) equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
Good storage hierarchy noted in the walk-in cooler. Food stored protected.
Bleach sanitizer available in a container for in-use wiping cloth and in a spray bottle. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected in both.
Sanitizer spray bottle noted with a proper name label.
As per staff, in-use utensils are changed out and cleaned every half an hour - one hour.
Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activity noted during the inspection.
