Routine inspection: - Coolers (glass-door, under the counter, prep) at 4C or less. - Single glass door cooler at the back measured at 10C. Only whole fruits stored inside at the time. - Walk-in and ice cream freezers functional. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 Quats sanitizer available from the dispenser and in bucket. - Temperature records maintained. - No pest activities observed at the time.
