Comments

Routine inspection conducted today - inspected produce, dairy, bakery, baby food product aisles, storage/ receiving area, online grocery and general areas of the store:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
200 PPM QUAT detected in all QUAT sanitizer spray bottles.
Expiry dates of 10 random baby food products were checked - no products were noted past the expiry date.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below.
All freezer units were holding food frozen (hard to the touch).
Note: One of the freezer units (between aisle 16 and 17), was noted with an ambient temperature of 1 - 2C (however, frozen items are still noted hard to the touch). Issue was brought to the operator's attention and he immediately called his technician and looked into the issue. Towards the end of the inspection, it appeared that this freezer's temperature has started to decline (noted close to -10 to -15C). The unit might have been in a defrost cycle, however the operator mentioned that a technician will take a look at it to ensure that it is functioning properly.
Facility noted well lit.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
