-staff wearing hair nets and good handwashing practices observed
-sanitizer bucket freshly made up checked at 200ppm quats
-manual dishwashing had just finished at time of inspection
-main high temperature dishwasher sanitizing at >76.9C at dish level
-small high temperature dishwasher has been removed
-walk in cooler at 4C
-walk in freezer and back two freezers at -18C or less
-walk in cooler and walk in freezer condensers recently replaced
-small stand up fridge in kitchen is not in working order, has been converted to dry storage unit
-temperature and sanitizer logs in use
-premise maintained in sanitary condition
-no signs of pests at time of inspection, new pest control company used
