HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 6
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
101 - Plans/construction/alterations not in accordance with the Regulation [s. 3; s. 4]
Observation: Additional food equipment has been added to the premises without prior approval. Two domestic stoves, two portable sinks, and a bunch of other equipment has been added. Food processing is being done in the space, but this was NOT approved and was clearly stated in the previous inspection report.
Corrective Action(s): Immediatly STOP the production and processing of food in the premises. Remove all food equipment, utensils, and open packages of food. Only food storage was approved to be done in the premises.
**Correction date: Jan. 30/23**
Violation Score: 5

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: The paint on the floor has worn away, raw cement is exposed. The raw cement will absorb food and liquids and it is difficult to clean as it is not smooth. This will attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): Reseal the floor so it is durable and cleable. Highly recommend using an epoxy paint to reseal the floor as it is durable. Use a light colored paint, so it is easy to see when it is dirty.
**Correction date: Sept. 1/23**
Violation Score: 1

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
