General Comments:
Upright freezer temperature was -14 degC (foods inside are frozen)
Both undercounter cooler temperatures were below 4 degC
Fruit cooler temperature was 3 degC
Handsink was fully equipped
Dishwasher rinse was 75 degC at plate level
200ppm bleach sanitizer was available on-site. ENSURE THIS IS THE SANITIZER USED TO CLEAN THE COUNTERTOPS, NOT PINESOL. YOU ONLY NEED 1 TSP BLEACH FOR 1L OF WATER.
Hookah mouthpieces are single use.
Operator has valid FS Level 1 certification
Fruit is used for flavor (head) and then discarded. Operator is currently only selling paan and samosas, along with drinks (tea, shakes, coffees) and some pre-packaged, non-potentially hazardous foods. Samosas are purchased from Surrey Catering in Surrey (receipt provided). Samosas are stored in the cooler and reheated in the microwave on order.
