Inspection was focused on current rodent issue.Rodent issue- Orkin is service for weekly. -All structural deficiencies identified by pest control are rectified. -Two compartment sink- one is being used as hand washing sink-paper towel and liquid soap is available - Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory -General sanitation is satisfactory -Prepackaged/repacked products have lable and packed on date, two days shelf life for fresh meat products. -Sanitizer in spray bottle with label >100ppm Send a progressive report regarding pest activity every 2 months to the attention of the area inspector via email.
