Follow up inspection:
-Previous pest control report from Abell Pest Control Inc.for the cockroach service date on June 22, 2022 was provided. Activity noted during this previous service included 5 German cockroaches.
-Staff informed that the pest control service provider usually arrives on Tuesdays and they are due for a pest control service this month.
-Ensure a pest control service is done this week and provide a copy of your pest control report to the district Environmental Health Officer.
-Seal any potential entry points and continue with your integrated pest control measures to eliminate cockroaches and ensure the food premises remains free of pests.
-Cleaning improvements were made to the floor around the dishwasher, floor behind the chest freezer, and lower shelving unit near the dishwasher.
Note: If using liner for these cabinets, ensure it is made of materials that are easy to clean, durable, smooth, impervious to moisture and non-toxic.
Signature on this report is not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
