Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink at far end of bar did not have soap or paper towel. Staff member replaced these items at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are fully equipped and accessible at all times.

Observation: Noted some tiles on walls removed around electrical sockets and ice machine has been installed. Staff informed that cosmetic renovations are being done.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable and washable. Submit floor plans and obtain plumbing permits for ice machine installation.

Comments

This report was completed offsite and a copy emailed to the owner. The observations and findings of the inspection report was reviewed with the staff member in charge at time of inspection:
- All cooler 4C or less (sandwich prep, display case, undercounter milk,.. etc)
- Chest freezer and icecream display case have been removed from premises.
- Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles 100ppm. Staff appear to be using single use paper towel to wipe. Reminded staff that if reusable cloth towels are being used that they should be stored in a container of sanitizer solution. Do not store reusable cloth towels on counters.
- High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (as per thermolabel)
- General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Scoop for ice machine stored in separate container outside of the ice.
- Foodsafe trained staff on duty
- COVID protocols: Staff do daily symptom checks and wear masks at all times. Meal breaks taken individually/separately.
