Hot rice - >60C.
Freezers - good.
Hand washing sinks have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer for sanitizing wiping cloths etc. - 200ppm detected.
Quats sanitizer for dining room tables - 200ppm.
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse - 180F+ at the final rinse water gauge and 160F+ measured inside of the machine - good.
Cleaning - satisfactory. Note that floor is becoming worn in some places.
No obvious signs of pests.
Operator and other staff on site have taken Food Safe level 1 - good.
