-underneath shelving units in the dry storage room
-stove tops and debris trays in the grill area
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the above noted areas are cleaned immediately. These areas must be cleaned on a more frequent basis.

Follow up inspection for facility after closure for water damage due to fire in above suite.
Water damage has been repaired in the kitchen and dining area. outstanding work includes replacing carpet at sushi bar (not damaged by water, claim has been filed), and replacing tiles and baseboards in the washrooms).
All cups, equipment, and utensils have been cleaned and sanitized by the insurance/restoration company. Operator also has washed, rinsed, and sanitized utensils thereafter on site.
Floors have been replaced in the dining area
No smoke damaged products or surfaces noted at the time of inspection
Operator has discarded soft plastics and styrofoam take out containers, new products ordered.
Handwashing sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface
No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
Bleach available for surface sanitizer
Tiling behind sushi bar upright domestic cooler and stainless steel countertop must be repaired (due: 3 months)
