-Note: Dog observed in the hallway. Ensure that dogs are not going into the kitchen at any time.
-Potato seen behind the oven. Ensure that all food debris is removed after cooking.

All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests at the time of inspection.
FoodSafe requirements met.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 72 C at the plate level.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
