Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sauces, yogurt, chick peas stored in a prep cooler measured at an air ambient temperature of 7C. The internal temperature measured are as follows:
-Sauces on the top inserts measured at 9.5-9.9C.
-Bucket of sauces at the undercounter cooler measured at 12C.
-Bucket of yogurt measured at 12.8C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items.

Observation: Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine. No chlorine sanitizer bucket available at the front to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure at least 50ppm chlorine. Temporarily use 3-compartment sink method to clean and sanitize dishes and equipment. Ensure chlorine sanitizer bucket/spray bottle measured at 100-200ppm at the front to sanitize food contact surfaces. Corrected by: July 8, 2021.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station at the front lack paper towels and liquid soap. Handwashing station at the front obstructed with pot of flower.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing stations are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Ensure all handwashing stations are clear from all obstruction to facilitate proper handwashing.
