Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 10 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level.
Corrective Action(s): Staff drained and refilled the dishwasher. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured after this adjustment. Wash and sanitize plates and utensils cleaned by dishwasher again.

- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available in pails and spray bottles.
- Glass washer registered 12.5 ppm at plate level.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
