Observation: -Noted wiping rags on counters.
-Clean dishware are at risk of splashing water during hand washing or drying hand (dripping water)
Corrective Action(s): -Wiping rags must be rinsed and store in a bucket of surface sanitizer (ie: bleach solution 100 ppm)-

Observation: -Two single sink noted, operator mentioned that dishwashing is done in this sink.
-Existing dishwasher is not being used.
Corrective Action(s): -For manual dishwashing, 3 compartment sink must be available - 1. Wash 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize by soaking in a sanitizer for 2 minutes 4. Air dry in dish racks.
-Dishwasher to be used for all dishware used in the facility - set up is not proper for manual dishwashing ( two single sink is provided only)

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hand washing sink was blocked at time of visit. No paper towel and liquid soap near the designagted hand washing sink noted
Corrective Action(s): -Hand washing sink must be accessible at all time, paper towel and liquid soap to be provided at the designagted had washign ink.

Repeated violation will result in enforcement action (ie: violation ticket)

Observation: Staff wears open toes shoes, long hair is not fully controlled.
