Observation: Floor in food preparation area and back kitchen requires thorough cleaning. A fairly large amount of spilled coffee beans and debris observed on floor along oven wall. Spilled coffee beans are also observed behind and around cold brew cooler, and near coffee machines. The amount of spilled beans observed is questionable for half day's worth (at time of visit 2:30pm). Decent amount of debris observed under 2-door stand up cooler in back kitchen, it is obvious where was cleaned and where was not cleaned. Floor under shelving rack (across from dishwasher) observed spilled beans also.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean all areas. It is next to impossible to monitor pest activity when the amount of debris observed on floor.
