Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # PKUR-CUBQ2F of Aug-02-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handwashing sink lacks single-use paper towel. Correction: Hand sinks must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Correct immediately. In the interim, use napkins to dry hands.

Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CUBQ2F. Handwahsing sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels - good. Chocolate powder has been relocated and no longer directly underneath the paper towel dispenser. Bleach in spray bottle registered at 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure area around syrups and sink is cleaned daily - do not allow water to accumulate. Continue working on cleaning behind and underneath equipment.
