Routine inspection was conducted with Gord, the kitchen operator of today.

- General sanitation -Excellent!
- Hand sink and washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers/freezers upstairs/downstairs temperature satisfactory. Fans were clean.
- Chest freezers <-18C
- Quats sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink at 200ppm.
- Dishwasher at 74.6C in the end of the washing cycle.
- Exhaust hood was in a sanitary condition, no grease built up. It is leaned every 6 month by contractor.
- No food debris on the Can opener
- Dry storage room well organized and all food off floor.
- No cooking/ hot holding / serving at the time of inspection.
- No pest activity observed during inspection.
- Summer camp was not sharing the kitchen.
