Follow-up inspection conducted: CODE 306 in compliance. Areas mentioned during the recent routine inspection cleaned. Ensure to maintain the facility at this sanitary level at all times. CODE 302 in compliance. 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags. Ensure to use the solution to have all food prep surfaces sanitized before initiating any food prep in the morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation as reiterated at this time. Correction Order issued on March 25, 2022 rescinded. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
