Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CPAK-ATLQ72 of Nov-30-2017
Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (No sanitizer available for use in kitchen. QUAT dispenser available in utility room changed to Turquoise - which is also a QUAT based disinfectant, but must be rinsed with potable water before use. All food prep surfaces to be sanitized using 100-200ppm chlorine prior to preparing for lunch. )
Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted:

CODE 302 in compliance. 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle at this time. Spray bottle was labelled during inspection. Keep this bottle in kitchen at all times.

Correction Order issued on November 30th still in effect and will be rescinded at the next routine inspection if CODE 302 is in compliance at that time.
Again, ensure all prep surfaces are sanitized before initiating any food prep in the morning, and every 2 hours and after each possible contamination during operation.

Discussed about this and previous inspection report with operator on phone at this time.
Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
