Routine inspection: - 8 serveries in total from Floor 1 to Floor 4. Hospice servery at the 1st floor was used by patron's family members only. - Coolers maintained at 4C or less. - Freezers maintained at -18C or less. - Other hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available in spray bottles. - Floor 4 and Floor 3 high temperature dishwashers registered 80C and 74C at the final rinse cycle. - Temperature records maintained and available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time.
