Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied. - Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. Facility has not been in operation since October 1st, due to a staffing issue. New chef to be hired to start sushi/BBQ meat prep again. * A handwashing sink has been added at the front. * A new sushi display cooler has been added- currently not on. * BBQ meat warmer/rice warmers were not on at this time. A copy of Foodsafe level 1 certificate of the new chef to be submitted to the health inspector. Store manager to contact the health inspector to notify when the facility is ready to reopen.
