Observation: Observation 1 - Debris underneath equipment on counter tops (e.g cookie baker, coffee maker in customer area). Date to be corrected by: May 18 2018
Observation 2 - Ceiling above three compartment sink in kitchen back room still shows visible grease
Observation 3 - Garbage trolley is very dirty and sits inside the back room where foods are stored/could come into contact with it
Observation 4 - Floors underneath counters, shelving and equipment are dirty and have accumulation of debris. For example, there was a large spill of slurpee syrup underneath the slurpee machine and another spill of syrup in back room under syrup shelving unit. The centre aisles have kick boards that can be removed and have an accumulation of dirt and debris behind them (underneath the centre shelving units).
Corrective Action(s): Correction 1 - Move equipment temporarily so that cleaning can be conducted on all countertops immediately. Increase frequency of cleaning of counter tops to maintain sanitary food contact surfaces.
Correction 2 - Clean the ceiling above the three compartment sink off all grease.
Correction 3 - Clean all surfaces of the garbage trolley with detergent and water.
Correction 4 - Clean all floors underneath shelving units, counters (especially where employees work) and equipment (e.g. slurpee machine, back room corner cooler unit (holding raw meats). Increase the frequency of cleaning

Observation: Observation: Quats sanitizer bottle was not lablelled (writing had fadded/been worn away). This is a concern as it could lead to chemical contamination of food.
