- Hairnets available for staff
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in the spray bottle
- Dishwasher reached 72C at the final rinse cycle
- Ice machine sanitary; scoop stored separately - plastic flap is has crack; repair or replace to prevent plastic shards from contaminating ice
- Small butter portions stored in display cooler
- FOODSAFE requirements met - reminder that FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates need to be kept valid even with a FOODSAFE Level 2 designation
