- Hand sinks were properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels
- Food-contact surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm (Quats)
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the dish surface during rinse cycle
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder. All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder. Walk-in cooler and freezer in concession is also used for main kitchen's food storage
- Note: Upright cooler by dishwashing area will be replaced this week. Cooler temperature was measured to be below 4C at time of inspection.
- Accurate thermometers available.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored properly covered and off the floor.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory. Pest-proof storage containers available.
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. General sanitation is also satisfactory.
- Pest control services are still in place. Major improvement noted in level of pest activity/pest control practices. No new droppings were noted at time of inspection. Any gaps/holes have been properly sealed. Please continue with pest control services and continue to monitor for activity.
