Corrections Still Outstanding: - Lighting company booked to replace lights this week in all areas discussed **send photos to unsigned EHO once complete** Corrections Noted: √ Hand wash stations fully stocked and one in kimchi packaging area has been repaired (hose now works independently from hot water tap). √ Deep clean of entire premise done and shelving replaced so all items are now at least 6" up off floor as well as decluttered √ Weather stripping installed in all areas required √ Traps reset for mice after cleaning and at least two catches reported since.
