- Walk in cooler was 1 C - Walk in freezer was -17 C NOTE: external thermometer not working, internal thermometer present - Under counter coolers were 4 C or colder - Under counter freezer was - 19 C - Hot holding was 60 C or hotter - Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - Spray bottle, and buckets had 200 ppm quat - Dishwasher had a final rinse of 77 C at the plate and 83 C at the gauge. - no signs of pest activity noted during inspection - Temperature records are up to date.
