Observation: Sandwich cooler at front service area has not been repaired to measure at 4'C or lower. Sandwich cooler measured at 8'C during time of inspection with the probe thermometer. Top cover is observed off during inspection. No food is observed stored in the bottom. Some sauces and potentially hazardous foods observed stored in top inserts. Operator mentioned that the food in the inserts is discarded every 4 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the cooler to ensure both the top inserts and bottom are able to maintain 4'C or lower throughout the day. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the bottom portion of the cooler until it is verified to be functioning at 4'C or lower by the health inspector. Store all large portions of potentially hazardous foods in the walk in cooler or under-counter cooler at 4'C or lower. Any small portions of food which are stored in the inserts much be discarded every 4 hours.

- No signs of pests during time of inspection
