Bistro
- Bistro area has been constructed as per approved floor plan
- Dishwasher was present but not fully functional at the time of inspection. No seating on premises. Food is not served on reusable dishware and utensils. Contact health inspector once dishwasher is fully installed.
- Certificate of incorporation, food safety plan, partial sanitation plan submitted. Submit the remainder of sanitation plan as soon as possible. |
