Follow-up to inspection conducted on July 13, 2020 (Report MLOO-BRHLLL)

- Hand washing station is free of obstructions
- Undercounter cooler has been repaired. Temperatures are ≤ 4°C.
- 100 ppm bleach is available. Chlorine test strips have been obtained.
- Organization of food has been improved to prevent contamination.
- General sanitation has been greatly improved. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to prevent accumulation of food debris.
- COVID-19 safety plan is currently in progress
