Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # RBYS-C73V5T of Sep-21-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Observed one of hand washing sinks without knob for cold water. Correction: Ensure that hand washing sinks are supplied with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Ensure the knob is replaced to allow for running cold water. Correct by: Sept 24, 2021.
