-Follow-up inspection to October 28, 2016. -Sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Containers have been properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled once the labels begin to fade or rub off. -Areas affected by rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. -Staff are no longer using cloth towels for wiping hands. -Prep cooler door seals have been cleaned. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
