Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three bottles of bleach sanitizer spray found without any label idenitifying their contents. Sanitizer was however at 100-200ppm as required.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are labelled for quick and accurate identification.

√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Two compartment sink stocked with hot and cold running water and dish soap
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
