Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. No hot-holding at the time of inspection. Wiping cloth sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Bleach is available for use at the three compartment sink. Hand wash sinks are equipped with paper towel dispensers and liquid soap dispensers. No recommendations.
