During the inspection, only an Administrative staff was present. As per staff, kitchen is only open for during special occasions or events. The last time the kitchen was in-used was at the beginning of December 2023.
Routine inspection conducted today - Kitchen was not in-used at the time of inspection:
Handwash station available and accessible. Hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel were available.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
All utensils and food contact items were noted in good condition and noted sanitary.
Overall organization and sanitation is excellent.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.

Reminder - when the kitchen is operating, staff must ensure the following:
Check that the high temperature dish machine is working. Make sure it is able to reach 82C or 180F at the gauge level during the rinse cycle prior to using.
Make sure there is a food grade sanitizer available (not isopropyl alcohol but a food grade sanitizer such as bleach - 2 tsp bleach per 1 L water) whenever food preparation is happening.
Make sure at least one staff on site has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent when in operation.
