- Some minor cleaning needed in corners, low traffic areas under shelving and equipment, inside ceiling of equipment, floor.
- Make sure all replacement equipment is cleaned and sanitized before being stored.
- All refrigerators (except McCafe coffee machine fridge at 11C), freezers, and hot holding units meet temperature requirements. McCafe coffee machine has been taken out of service until repaired.
No other problems noted at the time of inspection

- Manual sanitization with chlorine for cleaning cloths 100 ppm - satisfactory.
- Dishwashing sinks using quaternary ammonium at 200 ppm - satisfactory.
- General sanitation and food handling satisfactory, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
