Routine inspection conducted - Handsink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels with hot and cold running water - 2 compartment sink available - Bleach sanitizer measured >200ppm (general contact surfaces) - Freezer temperature = -22C - Beverage cooler temperature = +3C - Display cooler temperature = 4C - Coffee station is said to be cleaned and sanitized every 30 min - No evidence of pest - Squirt bottle type hand sanitizer available - Covid 19 Safety Plan in place (signage posted, sanitizers available, masks available and plexiglass in use) Note: Please lower the bleach concentration to 100ppm - 200ppm (1½ cup full of bleach in a spray bottle 1L) Note: Minor attention to sanitization in back storage area required.(underneath and behind shelves) Note: Pump type hand sanitizers recommended for easier use.
