*Follow-up to inspection conducted on July 24, 2019 (Report MLOO-BEDULC)

- Low temperature dishwasher has been repaired. 100 ppm chlorine detected at the plate level.
- Chlorine test strips have been obtained. Use test strips to ensure dishwasher is dispensing chlorine sanitizer at 50-100 ppm. Test at least twice per day.
- Improvements have been made to general sanitation. Continue to clean regularly in all areas. Pay extra attention to hard to reach areas.
- Continue to monitor fruit fly activity. Ensure all food is protected from contamination. Ensure food contact surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitized every morning before use and throughout the day. Arrange for pest control services if fruit fly activity persists.
