Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach water available in surface sanitizer spray bottle.
*Corrected during Inspection* Operator prepared bleach solution during inspection, which achieved 200 ppm chlorine residual.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to be making pizza. Handsink basin was dry suggesting hands were not washed in handsink prior to food preparation.
*Corrected during Inspection* Owner educated staff on the importance of hand washing using the hand wash stations.

Observation: Food observed to be stored in black garbage bag in 2 door cooler. Black garbage bags are not food grade and may contain/be coated with chemicals which can leech onto food.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately remove food product stored in non-food grade containers. Food must be stored in in food-grade containers only.

Observation: REPEAT VIOLATION: Food safety plans and Sanitation plans have not been submitted.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Draft and submit food safety plans for food sold by facility immediately. These plans should describe how ingredients are received, stored, prepared, cooked and served. Identify maximum allowable temperatures and corrective actions for all steps.
2. Draft and submit sanitation plans immediately. These plans should describe how equipment will be cleaned/sanitized and how frequently cleaning is required.
