Observation: Mouse activity still noted:
1. Dry storage room shelves - droppings besides and behind food bins
2. Lower shelves of back prep kitchen - some droppings noted besides and behind equipment
*Decrease in activity and increased cleaning noted since last inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure droppings are cleaned up and areas are monitored by staff and pest control.
***PC company planning to do active pest control blitz of facility once front renovations in dining room are completed.

Observation: Water at mid handsink in kitchen (next to standing freezer) is too hot to wash hands (52 C)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the handsink has warm water available to properly wash hands and prevent scolding of hands. Adjust temperature to comfortable temperature (<40 C)

Follow-up to inspection report #ZDER-CEGRDW

-Decrease in mouse activity noted however there is still activity in the premises as droppings are still noted in some areas (noted above)
-Improvements in cleaning of droppings noted through out facility
-Front external wall/window renovations nearly completed - majority of the large gaps in the wall/structure appears to have been sealed with the finished structure and materials. Expected completion of renovations and increased pest control service next week
-Food has been re-located from cardboard open containers into pest proof containers with hard plastics with a tight fitting lids - decrease access to food source for pests
-New metal strainer have been purchased to replace damaged strainers

Required corrections:
1. Complete renovations and seal building from pest entry points
2. Increase pest control actions to further decrease pest activity
3. Clean up droppings and monitor areas for current activity
4. Decrease temperature of handsink next to freezer - usable temperature (~35-40 C)
5. Re-located health operating permit to area visible to customers in front dining areas
