Observation: Small flies (fruit flies or drain flies) found under the barista counter by serving area, next to cold brew cooler. Puddles of water accumulate around the floor drain in this area.
Corrective Action(s): Remove moisture accumulation. Inquire about the source of flies with pest control company. Moisture accumulation has been previously noted in this area. Please keep this area as dry as possible and clean to avoid attracting more flies.

> QUATS sani solution from 3 comp sink dispense was 200ppm. All sanitizer buckets contained 200ppm solution with wiping cloths submerged.
> Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored outside of machine.
> All food stored and served on site are prepackaged, covered and stored off the floor.
> Pest control services provided by Abell - please provide most recent report to the undersigned via email.
